Born and raised in Calloway County, Mark has served our community with over 32 years of actual law enforcement and corrections experience.
Mark's journey started in 1992 at the Calloway County Jail. He attended the police academy in 1993 and worked for the Calvert City Police Department before moving back to Murray and serving a career at the Murray Police Department where he retired as Detective Captain. In that role, Mark didn't just manage cases; he managed budgets, set strategic goals, and collaborated with local, state, federal, and international agencies.
